Having spent over thirty years in the recruitment industry, Kate now works for Perennial as one of their Corporate Partnership Managers.
Her role is an exceptionally varied one – one minute she is attending a trade show or talking to a professional association, discussing a partnership for the benefit of their members, the next she’s talking to a landscaper or garden designer, looking at how working with Perennial can help support their CSR policy or help reduce staff turnover or even help their own mental health.
