Founded by Professor Nigel Dunnett almost 20 years ago, Pictorial Meadows have become known across the UK as ‘The Meadow Experts’. Since the very beginning, the business has been at the forefront of researching and developing new approaches and products for naturalistic landscape management, focussed on the benefits it brings both to our environment and the people who live in it.
Today, Pictorial Meadows is part of the not-for-profit Green Estate CIC. This has allowed the company to combine its wonderful designer meadow mixes with all the skills of an organisations that excels in the creation and management of engaging, adaptive, and resilient landscapes.
The result is that Pictorial Meadows is uniquely able to offer a complete meadow service, from bespoke seed mixes and consultation through to installation and meadow care.
This collaboration between landscape designers, greenspace managers, ecologists and horticulturalists has led to an exciting new era of an engaging, adaptive, resilient and designed approaches to landscape planting.
