Matteini Tranquilo Nursery
Matteini Tranquillo Nursery, one of the oldest nurseries in Pistoia Italy, is specialized in specimens, topiary and Mediterranean quality plants, shrubs, multis tems, pleached trees, a wide range of Camellias in different shapes and three patented evergreens such as Camellia oleifera Matteini®, Cupressus sempervirens Matteini® and Quercus ilex Matteini®.
The nursery showcases its extensive range of plants across 30 hectares, where you can find amazing over 35 years old multi stem specimens such as Osmanthus goshiki and Camellia sasanqua and japonica.
One of the main activities of the Matteini Tranquillo nursery is the research and cultivation of new plant varieties designed to be beautiful, resistant to disease and with an increasingly positive environmental impact, such as the pollen-free Cupressus sempervirens Matteini®.
The company staff, thanks to studies and years of experience in arboriculture, is able to help landscapers and garden designers in their projects.
