For over 60 years, David Austin Roses has been growing roses on its family farm in Shropshire, lovingly nurturing them by hand until they are ready to be grown in gardens. Today, most of the growing is still carried out by hand, just as it was at the very beginning. Every plant that David Austin Roses sell has been hand-budded, a traditional and intricate skill carried out by experts millions of times each year.
