One of the pioneers of the burgeoning WPC scene in the 1990’s, Alvic Plastic’s management team have over two decades of experience. The business has developed a strong background and a pristine track record both designing and manufacturing a range of cutting-edge WPC products and PVC rigid profiles.
Working 24 hours a day, seven days a week, Alvic is constantly working for you at its comprehensive, fully integrated, manufacturing facility in the heart of Shropshire.
It is this facility through which Alvic Plastics compounds in-house to its own formulations using a range of custom equipment, built and designed bespoke for optimal efficiency in today’s unique WPC industry.
Equipment is nothing without its operators, alongside its state-of-the-art equipment. The business also implements a comprehensive internal training profile which supports the growth of the company and brings with it an imperatively strong focus on quality throughout all aspects of the business.
Alvic Plastics has the capacity and capability to compound and extrude a wide spectrum of WPC based technologies, profiles and products.
Using both virgin and recycled PP, PE, PVC, ASA and ABS polymers – alongside an additional range of fibre and other material options, recent investments have seen the company extend its technical capability further still in the way of co-extrusion using a variety of industry leading materials, technologies and ground-breaking techniques.
