Form Plants believes that every garden needs form, so its bespoke range of woody plants ensures that it can provide what your design needs. The passion of the business is to source, nurture and supply amazing plants.
Working primarily with garden designers, landscape architects and landscapers, Form Plants wants to share its love and enjoyment of dealing with plants every day of the year. Operating from the iconic location of Dorney Court, Berkshire, The business is nestled between Dorney Lake and the Jubilee River. Getting to their nursery is really easy: minutes from Junction 7 of the M4, near Windsor, a few minutes away from the Elizabeth Line and 20 minutes from Heathrow Airport.
The beautiful 1 acre showroom boasts an extensive range of trees, topiary, shrubs and hedging. Form Plants recognises that for many people, buying a tree or a piece of topiary is an emotional decision – you want to fall in love with it, to see and feel it. That’s why all the plants have all been selected by horticultural experts to provide you with quality specimens, and ones that you will want to grow.
The nursery provides a comprehensive selection of beautiful structural plants. A knowledgeable and dedicated team are on-hand to assist with all elements of your latest project. With an extensive range of specimen trees, topiary, shrubs and hedging, varieties and plant shapes have been personally selected by horticultural experts to provide you with quality specimens that will bring form to your garden.
Form Plants hold some stock in its showroom, but are constantly buying new plants too. Its holding bay and quarantining area ensures the business looks after the plants until its customers need them to be sent to site.
