Steven Higginbottom has spent more than 30 years working in grounds maintenance and estate services, from frontline delivery through to building and leading a nationally recognised contracting business.

As the founder of Greenfingers Landscape Ltd, Steven grew the company into a major provider of grounds maintenance services to housing associations and public-sector organisations across the UK. That experience gave him a practical understanding of what it takes to win work, mobilise contracts, manage large teams and deliver services consistently on the ground.

Today, Steven works with housing providers, local authorities and contractors to improve operational performance, strengthen contract management and make better use of technology, data and intelligent auditing.

His focus is always practical: helping organisations deliver better services, create greater accountability and use technology in a way that supports people rather than replacing the human judgement that good estate services rely on.
