Paul has over 35 years’ landscape contracting experience. In 2004 he formed Oak View Landscapes and with his team has grown the company to a staff of over 40 and a turnover of between £4-5M. 

Paul was educated at Writtle University College and served as a Board Governor for 10 years before being awarded an Honorary Fellowship in 2019. He is a past National Chairman of BALI and has been a Board director since 1999. In 2020 he became a Trustee of the BALI Chalk fund. He has a passion for giving back and supporting the industry by charitable means and with training and mentoring. Oak View are a Perennial Platinum partners and BALI Chalk Gold champions. 

Over the years Oak View have won numerous business and industry awards: multiple BALI awards including Best newcomer and Employer Excellence, Pro Landscaper Awards including Supreme Winner, Considerate Constructors Silver Award, Essex Best Growing business.
