Noel Brock draws on his experience both in the commercial landscape industry and in the scientific conservation community to write and talk widely about the huge opportunities for landscape companies within the rewilding and urban wildlife sectors, and to teach grounds staff to do well, while doing good! A special area of expertise is garden ponds. 

3 years on Council of the London Natural History Society, and as chair of BALI North Thames, allows Noel to use his huge contact network to bring these communities together, to promote rewilding, and nature recovery. 

Noel’s company has been carrying out a scientific survey and experimentation programme on garden molluscs for many years, and has written extensively on the subject. In recognition of this work, Noel was in 2026  elected to Council of the Conchological society of Great Britain and Ireland. 

A new departure in research is into the psychology of wellness in nature. This is turning up some surprising results.
