Matt has been with Perennial almost five years and currently leads on Preventative Services, covering health & wellbeing, financial wellbeing, careers and training & development.  His goal is to get the horticulture community making early, positive, informed decisions in their lives, limiting the need for people to need our help services further down the line. His background is mainly in financial services, having done 10+yrs at HSBC, mainly as part of their financial wellbeing team.
