Kayleigh Reynolds is Co-Founder and Director of Pond Plants UK, part of a family-run Lincolnshire growing operation she has been involved with since its founding. Today, the business employs over 40 people across 30 acres, growing and propagating native and aquatic pond plants in-house rather than relying on bought-in stock. 

Alongside running the business, Kayleigh works closely with landscapers, pond contractors and other professionals to help them source the right plants for each individual project. Her focus is on understanding the requirements of the job — from species selection and planting conditions to quantity, availability and practical installation — and making sure the right plants are supplied for the job. 

With hands-on experience across both growing and supply, Kayleigh brings a practical understanding of what is required to produce native and aquatic plants at the scale and consistency needed by today's landscaping and pond industry.
