Katerina Kantalis is a RHS Gold Medal-winning garden designer based in South East London, creating gardens across London and the South East.

As a Greek-Australian garden designer practising in the UK, her work draws on Mediterranean and Australian design principles — bringing Mediterranean warmth, natural materials and drought-tolerant planting to British gardens.

Her work is shaped by a simple but deeply held belief: that a well-designed garden changes how you live at home. Every project balances structure, planting and atmosphere, guided entirely by the people who will use it.

Alongside her residential practice, Katerina has earned recognition for her show gardens, winning Gold medals and Best in Category awards at both the RHS Chelsea Flower Show (2026) and RHS Hampton Court Garden Festival (2024). These achievements reflect her commitment to gardens that combine strong design, exceptional planting and a distinctive sense of place.
