George Sandbach is the co-founder of Padel People, a padel company dedicated to expanding the sport across the UK. Based in Oxford, George co-founded the business alongside James Rock with a mission to make padel accessible to all ages and skill levels while building welcoming communities around the sport. Their sites include Wimbledon, Sedlescombe Golf Club and Basingstoke with three venues due to open this year in Somerset, Wiltshire and Warwickshire 

Under their leadership, Padel People has grown to operate multiple venues with ambitious plans to open 5 new locations annually. George focuses on business development, partnerships, and marketing, driving the company's community focused approach that emphasises affordability and inclusivity.
