Professor David Stevens, FSGD, FCI Hort is one of the best known designers in the world. He originally trained as a landscape architect and formed his practice in 1972. 26 RHS Chelsea Flower Show medals, of which eleven have been gold, together with many International awards have ensured his success. He has written 21 books and his series 'Gardens by Design' for the BBC pioneered the subject on television.
