Dan Pennington is the Managing Director of Connick Tree Care, where he leads the delivery of high-quality arboricultural services to clients across all market sectors in London and the South East. Over his 19-year tenure, he has played a pivotal role in the company’s growth into one of the region’s leading arboricultural contractors. 

Before joining Connick Tree Care, Dan ran his own arboricultural business and served in the British Army, attaining the rank of Warrant Officer. This experience instilled in him a strong commercial acumen, a disciplined, mission-focused mindset, and a dynamic leadership style that drives both operational excellence and strategic growth. 

Trained at Plumpton Agricultural College and Capel Manor, Dan has a firm grounding in both practical and theoretical arboriculture, underpinning his technical expertise and deep industry insight.
