With a background spanning environmental science, research, and knowledge communication, Annie had worked in the horticultural industry for over 10 years, from garden design, maintenance, plant buying, biosecurity and even a 3 year stint as the horticultural advisor on the popular TV program, Love Your Garden. Annie is currently completing her doctoral thesis in the human behavioural aspects of sustainable land management, with a specific interest in grassland and soil health. Alongside this, she leads the research and development for elemental, working to bridge the gap between scientific evidence and practical application to ensure the platform remains both robust and accessible to all.
