Alistair Bayford
Alistair is a Chartered Landscape Architect with over 20 years’ experience in the design, construction, and long-term management of parks and public realm projects across London and the South East. As Managing Director of Frosts Landscape Construction, he leads one of the UK’s foremost landscape contractors, delivering complex schemes that unite design excellence, environmental sustainability, and construction expertise.
Alistair has directed multidisciplinary teams on some of the country’s most ambitious regeneration and placemaking projects, with a portfolio that includes the iconic Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and The Regent’s Park. His work focuses on delivering transformative landscape interventions that provide lasting value for people, nature, and place.
In addition to his role at Frosts, Alistair serves as a Board Director of the British Association of Landscape Industries, championing quality, collaboration, and the advancement of the landscape profession.
