Most people who want to host a dinner or a birthday at home give up on the idea for the same reasons: not enough seats, nowhere dry if it rains, and a week of shopping, setting up and washing up on either side of one evening.

Moments Covered exists to take all of that away. We put on intimate events for up to 40 guests in your own garden, dinner parties, milestone birthdays, christenings, anniversaries, engagement drinks, and we bring everything.

That means a gazebo sized to your guest list so nobody ends up standing outside. Tables and chairs for every guest, linen, carpet, lighting and heating. Plates, cutlery and glassware. Flowers on every table. We'll send the invitations and run the guest list for you, RSVPs and dietary needs all handled over WhatsApp, so you're not chasing anyone. We build and weather-check the whole thing before anyone arrives, and when it's over we clear the tables, take down the gazebo and the washing up leaves with us. You host. We do the rest.

Packages start at £300 for up to 15 guests, with every element included in the price. Larger parties, weddings and corporate events are quoted individually.

We're a small family business based in Beaconsfield, covering Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and West London and Beyond. Every event is built by one of the two of us, so the person you speak to when you book is the person in your garden on the day. Ten plus reviews on Google, all five stars.
