Our strength lies in unique frame design. Using 3D CAD and precision CNC machining, we develop curved, arched and architectural timber frames that move beyond conventional straight-line construction and give each project a strong visual identity.

From glamping pod frames and garden buildings to bespoke timber structures, every design is developed with both appearance and practicality in mind. Components are accurately machined for consistency, repeatability and straightforward assembly, while still allowing us to create complex shapes that would be difficult to achieve using traditional methods alone.

What makes Brown Bear different is that we are involved in the complete process. We can take an idea from initial concept and CAD design through CNC manufacture, frame production and, where required, the finished build.

This combination of design freedom, CNC precision and real-world construction experience allows us to continually develop new products rather than simply reproduce standard timber buildings.
