After many years in the trade, from apprentice to business owner, Oliver wrapped up his own domestic landscaping business and joined Tony Benger Landscaping in 2013 as a Commercial Contracts Manager. 

Supported by the company’s dynamic approach to growth and development, and with some professional teams on the ground, Oliver was able to oversee the growth of the Commercial Department (now homing 3 contract managers, 2 full-time estimators, plus admin support with Olivia Benger as the current department manager). 

In early 2020 Oliver stepped up to fill a Business Management role and more recently became C.O.O. and a Director. 

Oliver reflects that he is both lucky and grateful, working in an industry he has a passion for and operating in a role which is challenging and hugely rewarding – “I love seeing our employees develop as professional landscapers and often latterly into management positions. We’ve got a fantastic team and their growth is our growth as a Company.”
