Adrian Wickham is the managing director, East for Glendale Countryside and has worked within the industry for over 32 years. As the new chair of BALI Adrian has been heavily involved in Access All Areas, which is working to open up the industry to attract more talent, and importantly be more inclusive to those who work within it. Adrian strives to continue to learn and purposely push himself outside of his comfort zone, which has enabled him to grow networks within and outside the industry.
