Matt O’Conner
Matt brings to his role a wealth of experience gained within the industry, working closely with all major partners, clients and staff. After graduating with a degree in Horticulture, Matt progressed through a range of operational roles.
While committed to maintaining the company values, Matt’s vision is one of constant innovation and keeping one step ahead of the competition. He recognises how important having a skilled workforce is to delivering success for the business and to that end has been a driving force behind the company’s award-winning Apprenticeship Programme.
Matt now chair’s the East of England National Apprenticeship Ambassador Network, which puts him in an ideal position to talk about issues employers face, especially during what are challenging times for business.
