Hannah Neal
Hannah has worked within HR and more specifically Recruitment for the past 20 years across the Retail and Environmental Services sectors.
She has always had a genuine interest in Early Careers recruitment and helping young people to get on the career ladder successfully. She currently works for Ground Control as Talent Partner – Early Careers and has recently launched a brand new graduate operations management scheme.
In her current role she also focuses on apprenticeships within horticulture and arboriculture and supports the Ground Control apprentices through their studies.
