In Partnership with Tile Rite: The Business Theatre

Managing growth, video marketing and retaining talent are just three of the topics that will be explored in the Business Theatre at this year’s FutureScape, taking place on 15 and 16 October.

On the first day, Oak View Landscapes’ Paul Downer will host a panel of experts, including business coach Neil Stead and Tyler Grange’s Jonathan Berry, on finding your ‘sweet spot’ when looking to grow your business.

Two panels will be hosted by Landscapia’s Mark Lane, one on how to build video content into your business plan with Lucy WIllcoxMarc Murray and Olly Gregson. The second will be with panellists who have branched out their service offering, including Consilium Hortus’ Sam Moore.

Business coach Denise Quinlan, founder of The Insightful Collective, will kick off the second day of talks with insights for garden designers to overcome challenges and building a flourishing practice.

Kim Sones, owner of Sones Accountancy Services Ltd, will be offering expertise on how to optimise business expenses and reduce your company’s tax bill.

A panel discussion on retaining talent will close the second day, in which experts including Valley Provincial’s Nigel Payne will share successful approaches to looking after and engaging with their staff.
